直線導軌可以理解為是一種滾動導引,是由鋼珠在滑塊跟導軌之間無限滾動循環, 從而使負載平臺沿著導軌輕易的高精度線性運動,并將摩擦系數降至平常傳統滑動導引的五十分之一,能輕易地達到很高的定位精度。滑塊跟導軌間末制單元設計,使線形導軌同時承受上下左右等各方向的負荷,專利的回流系統及精簡化的結構設計讓的線性導軌有更平順且低噪音的運動。

1、直線導軌主要用在自動化機械上比較多,像德國進口的機床,折彎機,激光焊接機等等,當然直線導軌和直線軸是配套用的。

2、直線導軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機械結構上,直線導軌的移動元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質,而用滾動鋼球。因為滾動鋼球適應于高速運動、摩擦系數小、靈敏度高,滿足運動部件的工作要求,如機床的刀架,拖板等。如果作用在鋼球上的作用力太大,鋼球經受預加負荷時間過長,導致支架運動阻力增大。

一、碎裂。
