滾珠絲桿是怎么安裝的

  1:絲桿一端固定,另一端支承。固定端軸承同時承受軸向力和徑向力;支承端軸承只承受徑向力,而且能作微量的軸向浮動,其優點是可以避免或減少滾珠絲桿因自重而出現的彎曲。同時絲杠熱變形可以自由地向一端伸長。
  1: The screw rod is fixed at one end and supported at the other. Fixed-end bearings bear both axial and radial forces; support-end bearings only bear radial forces, and can make a small amount of axial floating, which has the advantage of avoiding or reducing the bending of ball screw due to self-weight. At the same time, the thermal deformation of the lead screw can extend freely to one end.
  2:絲桿一端固定,一端無支撐。固定端軸承同時承受軸向力和徑向力。這種支承方式用于行程小的短絲杠,其優點是較易組裝,幾何精度影響較小,適用于短螺桿和垂直螺桿;但是也有一定的缺點,作用點間的間隔較小,剛性較差。
  2: The screw rod is fixed at one end and has no support at the other. Fixed end bearings bear both axial and radial forces. This support method is used for short lead screw with small stroke. It has the advantages of easy assembly, less influence on geometric accuracy, and is suitable for short screw and vertical screw. However, it also has some disadvantages, such as small interval between action points and poor rigidity.
  3:采用滾珠絲桿固定、螺母旋轉的傳動方式。螺母一邊轉動、一邊沿固定的滾珠絲桿作軸向移動:由于滾珠絲桿不動,可避免受臨界轉速的限制,避免了細長滾珠絲桿高速運轉時出現的種種題目。其優點是螺母慣性小、運動靈活,可實現的轉速高。可以對滾珠絲桿施加較大的預拉力,提升滾珠絲桿支承剛度,補償螺桿的熱變形。
  3: The ball screw is fixed and the nut rotates. The nut rotates while moving along the fixed ball screw.   4:絲桿兩端均固定。固定端軸承都可以同時承受軸向力和徑向力,這種支承方式,可以對滾珠絲桿施加適當的預拉力,提升滾珠絲桿支承剛度,可以部分補償滾珠絲桿的熱變形。其優點是:作用點間的間隔較大,剛性較佳;但是缺點也不可避免,較易受組合零件幾何精度影響。
  4: Both ends of the screw rod are fixed. Fixed-end bearings can bear both axial and radial forces. This support mode can exert appropriate pre-tension force on the ball screw, enhance the support stiffness of the ball screw, and partly compensate the thermal deformation of the ball screw. Its advantages are that the spacing between the action points is large and the rigidity is better, but its disadvantages are unavoidable, and it is easy to be affected by the geometric accuracy of the combined parts.
